A wave of green and white sweeps across Sindh! Sukkur is glowing bright as the city celebrates Pakistan’s Independence Day with unmatched fervor. From the historic Sukkur Clock Tower to the bustling main highways, the entire city is beautifully illuminated in celebration of freedom.

The heart of the celebration kicked off at the beautiful Lab-e-Mehran Walking Track, where Sindh Provincial Minister for Local Government, Syed Nasir Hussain Shah, led the official flag-hoisting ceremony. Addressing a passionate crowd, Nasir Shah praised the patriotic spirit of Sukkur's citizens and urged everyone to work toward national unity and regional development.

Adding to the prestige of the official gathering, Member of the National Assembly Nauman Sheikh was also present during the celebrations. Together with the local administration, the leadership demonstrated a unified commitment to the progress and prosperity of the region.

The festivities weren't just about speeches. Minister Nasir Shah officially launched a massive green initiative, planting a sapling to kickstart a district-wide drive targeting fourteen thousand trees. Over at the Jinnah Municipal Stadium, the night came alive with the grand "Marka-e-Haq" musical gala, featuring stunning fireworks and spectacular performances by national singers.
