Following intervention by the United States, the conflict between Pakistan and India has reached a ceasefire, bringing relief to over 1.5 billion people across both nations. Sources indicate that on Saturday morning, as the Pakistan Air Force initiated missile strikes on more than thirty locations within India, Prime Minister Narendra Modi was moved from his official residence to a secure bunker designed to withstand nuclear assault.
Accompanying Prime Minister Modi in the bunker were key figures including the Indian Army Chief, the Home Minister, the Defense Minister, the Foreign Minister, and National Security Advisor Ajit Doval. This relocation occurred amidst Pakistan's threat of nuclear retaliation.
Eventually, both countries agreed to a cessation of hostilities and are expected to commence negotiations on various outstanding issues in the near future.
