Karachi Mayor Murtaza Wahab is inviting citizens from across the city to join the celebrations, describing Salaam Karachi as a special tribute to the people of Pakistan and the country’s brave armed forces.
The event will celebrate Pakistan’s resilience, unity and patriotic spirit, while also showcasing Karachi’s vibrant energy and its power to bring millions of people together for a shared celebration.
Adding to the excitement, sources say internationally renowned singer Sami Yusuf is also expected to perform at the Salaam Karachi festival, making the celebrations even more special for music lovers.
