Russia and Ukraine have reported fresh military gains as intense fighting continues across multiple fronts in the ongoing war.
Russia's Ministry of Defense says its forces have captured the settlement of Krasny Kut in Ukraine's eastern Donetsk region. Moscow also claims its military carried out strikes on Ukrainian ammunition depots, fuel storage sites, drone production facilities, and drone warehouses over the past 24 hours.
According to Russian officials, the attacks also targeted energy and transport infrastructure supporting Ukrainian military operations, along with temporary deployment sites used by Ukrainian troops and foreign fighters. Russia further claimed to have struck ports and vessels allegedly involved in supplying Ukrainian forces.
Meanwhile, Ukraine's General Staff announced a new wave of long-range strikes targeting Russian military infrastructure. Ukrainian officials said the main target was a strategic fuel reserve complex in Russia's Udmurt Republic, which Kyiv described as an important logistics facility supporting Russian military operations.
Ukraine also reported attacks on military equipment depots, fuel and lubricant storage facilities, logistics centers, and drone warehouses across several Russian regions, saying the strikes were aimed at disrupting Russia's military supply chains.
Neither Russia's battlefield claims nor Ukraine's reported strikes could be independently verified.
The latest exchanges highlight the continuing use of long-range missiles and drones by both sides as the conflict remains focused on weakening military logistics, infrastructure, and operational capabilities far beyond the front lines.
