The Pakistan Super League is back bigger bolder and more thrilling than ever. The 11th edition of the PSL is set to take place from March 26 to May 3 2026 featuring an expanded eight team competition and a revised two phase tournament structure all packed into just 39 days.

In the first phase all eight teams will face each other once in a single league format ensuring every side gets a fair shot before moving forward. The tournament then enters a Super Four style second phase with the eight teams divided into two groups of four. Each team will play three matches in this stage producing 12 matches in total as the competition intensifies ahead of the playoffs.

The top two teams from each group will advance to the playoffs which will include four high stakes matches including the final to crown the PSL 2026 champion. Despite the expansion from six to eight teams every side is guaranteed to play a minimum of ten matches maintaining the same consistency and excitement as previous seasons.

PSL 2026 will take cricket fans across Pakistan with matches hosted in Karachi Lahore Rawalpindi Multan and for the first time Iqbal Stadium in Faisalabad marking a historic debut for the city as a PSL venue.

Since its launch in 2016 with five franchises the league has grown rapidly expanding to six teams in 2018. Now with two new teams joining the league PSL 2026 promises more fierce rivalries more nail biting finishes and more unforgettable moments for fans across the country and around the world.
